Décret-Loi Royal n° 02-2026
Concerning the Lapse, Dormancy, or Attainder of the Title of the Prince of Saint-Joseph
Concerning the Lapse, Dormancy, or Attainder of the Title of the Prince of Saint-Joseph
MARIE-ADÉLINA LOUISE ELISABETH THE FIRST,
By the Grace of God, of the Kingdom of Navassa and Our Other Realms & Territories, Queen,
Sovereign Grand Mistress of the Royal & Hospitaller Order of Our Lady of the Seas,
Custodian of the Crown,
To all who shall see these Presents, Greeting.
Whereas the dignity of nobility is a sacred trust between the Crown and those upon whom its honors are bestowed;
And whereas the title of the Prince de Saint-Joseph was lawfully created by Letters Patent dated 3 November 2025 and thereafter held by Monsieur Ryan Marshall, whose tenure has now ceased by reason of forfeiture;
And whereas it is the duty of the Crown, through her Officers, to maintain the purity and order of the Livre d’Or de la Noblesse de Navasse by striking therefrom all dignities no longer in lawful existence;
We, therefore, Marie-Adélina the First, Sovereign of Navassa, do by this Our Royal Decree-Law declare as follows:
BY OUR HAND AND SEAL, THIS ROYAL DECREE-LAW IS HEREBY ENACTED ON THIS NINETEENTH DAY OF JANUARY, IN THE NINTH YEAR OF OUR REIGN.
