OFFICIAL STATEMENT
Concerning the Appointment of W.A.V.E. Women Inc. as Fiscal Sponsor of the Kingdom of Navassa

Given at the Chancellery, the twenty-third day of October, in the year of Our Lord two thousand and twenty-six.

Her Majesty's Chancellery, by the gracious leave and with the full approbation of Her Most Serene, Most High, and Most August Majesty, Marie-Adélina the First, By the Grace of God, of the Kingdom of Navassa and Her Other Realms & Territories, Queen, announces to the Court and to all friends of the Kingdom that W.A.V.E. Women Inc. has been appointed Fiscal Sponsor of the Kingdom of Navassa.

By this arrangement, any person may now give in support of the Kingdom of Navassa and receive a tax-deductible donation, as allowed by the laws of the United States. All donations made in support of the Kingdom's efforts shall be received and administered through W.A.V.E. Women Inc.

The Chancellery notes with particular satisfaction that W.A.V.E. Women Inc. is led by its Executive Director, Madame Javannah Davis, known at Court as Her Excellency the Marquise de Vienola, who serves Her Majesty as Lady High Chamberlain of Navassa. It is fitting that the stewardship of the Kingdom's donations should rest with an institution directed by one so closely trusted in Her Majesty's household, and the Crown extends to Her Excellency its sincere thanks for this further service.

The Chancellery affirms that this appointment concerns the receipt and administration of donations alone. It does not alter the sovereignty, governance, or constitution of the Kingdom, nor of the Royal & Hospitaller Order of Our Lady of the Seas, the Royal University of Cap-Paradis, or any other body of the Crown, each of which remains wholly under the authority of Her Majesty.
